Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of ride cancellation.
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation of ride request shall be attached or required by administration.
Proof of ride cancellation is required for all refunds.

2. Process for Refunds

Contact our customer service team at suport@riyadhdrive.com to initiate a refund.
Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of
payment within 7-10 business days.
